By buying from Ténèbres you agree to these terms. Read them — they're written to be understood, not avoided.
Ténèbres is a UK menswear brand at tenebres.co.uk. When we say "we", "us" or "Ténèbres", that's who we mean. Our store runs on Shopify.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract exists between us only once we've sent you an order confirmation email. We can refuse any order — including where we suspect fraud, where there's a pricing error, or where we simply can't fulfil it. If we do, and you've already paid, we'll refund you in full within 5 business days.
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We can change prices at any time — but not on orders already confirmed. If we've made a clear pricing error, we'll contact you before cancelling and give you the option to reorder at the correct price.
Payment is taken in full at checkout. We use Shopify Payments and PCI-DSS compliant processors. We don't store your card details.
We photograph and describe our products accurately. That said — screens show colours differently, and small batch production means minor variations can happen. These don't constitute faults. If something looks significantly different from what was shown, that's a different matter — contact us.
We aim to dispatch within the timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are guides, not guarantees. We're not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs or anything outside our control.
Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes on full payment. International customers are responsible for any import duties or customs charges.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel — no reason needed. Email hello@tenebres.co.uk with your order number. You then have 14 days to return the goods. Full details in our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms takes away your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they're not, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on timing.

We can remove membership access where terms are being abused. We won't do this lightly.
The Ténèbres name, logo, designs, photography, copy and code belong to us. You can't copy, reproduce or commercially use any of it without our written permission. Sharing our content on social media with proper credit is fine.
We're responsible for faulty goods and things genuinely within our control. We're not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or anything caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Our total liability to you on any order is capped at the price you paid for that order. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
We process your data in line with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We use it to fulfil your order, improve our service and — where you've opted in — keep you updated on the brand.
These terms are governed by English law. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms. The version live at the time of your order applies to that order. We'll notify Members of material changes by email.
