Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Free from odours, stains, or signs of wear
Sale items are eligible for exchange only — not refund, unless faulty.
How to Return
Email us at hello@tenebres.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a returns authorisation and instructions within 2 business days.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns may not be processed.
UK Exchanges
UK exchanges are free. We'll cover the return postage and send your replacement at no extra charge. Just let us know what size or item you'd like and we'll hold it while we process the return.
Shipping Costs
For UK returns (refund, not exchange), return postage is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked service — we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
For international returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in all cases.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
We'll send you an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received a faulty item or something we didn't send you, email us at hello@tenebres.com with photos and your order number. We'll cover all costs and prioritise a resolution — replacement or full refund, your choice.
